What is The SOMA Spark Method?
The SOMA Spark Method is an approach to embodied and energetic healing that blends:
Somatic Movement to awaken presence and release stored stress by engaging in movements that tell your body it's safe. That it can exhale.
Energy Medicine Yoga to clear and nourish your energy systems through tapping, tracing and hold meridian lines and source points. Nourishing the organs associated with them.
Kundalini Yoga to ignite clarity, resilience, and inner power through engaging in breathwork and repetitive motions. That will initially activate the sympathetic nervous system response (fight/flight/freeze), which when completed activates the parasympathetic response-rest and digest

If you’re here, chances are your body is trying to tell you something. I know what that feels like—because I’ve been there, too. My journey into motherhood cracked me open in every way.
After my first birth in 2020, I felt physically broken, emotionally numb, and ashamed that I didn’t feel the joy I thought I was “supposed to.” I was overwhelmed, inflamed, in pain, and completely disconnected from my own body. Instead of feeling like a new beginning, postpartum felt like a slow unraveling. What followed were months of mystery symptoms, burnout, and deep emotional exhaustion. Then, a Lyme diagnosis. Then, another birth—beautiful in intention, but once again filled with trauma. And finally, an unexpected move that sent my nervous system into a tailspin.
I spent years looking for answers in pieces—chasing symptoms, googling late at night, jumping between treatments that never seemed to stick. Until I realized: my body wasn’t broken. It was asking to be heard.
Healing didn’t begin with fixing. It began with listening.
It began when I stopped trying to override my body and started tending to it—gently, holistically, layer by layer. I began to blend somatic movement, energy work, and nervous system regulation in a way that finally made me feel safe, steady, and whole again. This is what became The SOMA Spark Method—a method born not from theory, but from lived experience. Today, I support women just like you—women who feel disconnected from their bodies, exhausted from trying to do it all, and unsure how to heal—through an approach that’s both sacred and practical.

In this flow we will engage in some neuro-somatic work alongside somatic/energy medicine yoga techniques that will help soothe any stress you may be feeling. I can't wait for you to experience practice and feel the stress melt away!
